Margaret Graff Wall Passing

Margaret-WallMargaret Graff was born on January 14, 1923, to George and Mary Elizabeth Graff. She was the seventh of nine children and grew up in Lincoln and Scottsbluff, Nebraska. After graduating from Scottsbluff High School in 1941, she moved to California and met Doug Wall, Sr., and was married in Long Beach on August 12, 1945. They went on to have two children. Patty was born in 1951, followed by Doug, Jr., in 1956.

Margaret was a supportive, loyal, and beautiful mother and wife. She was always looking after her kids, whether it be at home, or in her commitment to watch over them at school as their lunch supervisor. She selflessly gave her time volunteering at Long Beach Community Hospital Auxiliary. She fostered many wonderful friendships square dancing with the Whirling Windmills. She traveled the world with her husband. Most of all, she enjoyed her grandchildren, Heather, Matthew, and Megan. She even became a great grandmother to her great-grandson "Andy,” who has brought her much joy at the end of her life.

She instilled a love for Jesus that is cherished throughout the entire family. She personified a light for the Lord, whose love shined like an aureate glow in darkness till the very end. We rejoice in the promises of the Lord and know that she is with Him and all her family in Christ. We love her dearly; till we all meet again.
